Sometimes, I have to wonder ..... what the !@#$. The amazing thing about this image is that it was worn by a celeb at Met Gala in 2017 whose name I choose to protect. Yes, you can thank me later.

On a more serious note about fashion tips for our CELEB WEIRDO PICK OF THE DAY .... I LOVE YOUR SHOES GIRL! AND YOUR RINGS!
From a production time perspective, I reckon this outfit must have taken a good couple of solid working hours, to pull this interesting design off, WELL DONE TO THAT!
I myself, personally don't like the choice of fabric, it looks like my granny's quilt but I will rate this outfit 8/10 for one of WEIRDEST OUTFITS I HAVE SEEN TO DATE.
